AWA '10

Wow, AWA this year was fun. owo Then again, why wouldn't it be? XD

So first off, I did not get to see Vic this year as much as I would have liked to. In fact, the only time I saw him was when I caught a glimpse of him at his autograph session in the dealers room. I did, however, get to go to Travis Willingham's panel. ^^ That was loads of fun. Found out there that he had actually tried out for the Old Spice commercials. 'w' Wish he had gotten that role so bad... XD

Also, I bought my first semi-dangerous sword there. XD A wooden Mugen, to be exact. ...Which I left at Eli's place afterward. I'm sure she's having fun with that. >_>;; Baka usagi, GIVE ME MUGEN BACK. *cough* Anyways, other than that I bought cat ears, a bunch of candy, and two key chains (China and Kanda). If I am correct, that's probably less than last year. I think. I hope so, cuz I'm trying to save up for a laptop. AWA is always an exception. XD;;;

Oh, but I didn't have my camera on during the convention, though. So I have no pictures. T w T They'll come in later when my friends post them somewhere.

I'm not sure what I was going to say. Probably that things are lookin' up. Hey, my iPod's finally on full charge...

Anyways. I finally caught what that grumbling part in Russia's Maru Kaite Chikyuu was. AND BOY DID IT SCARE THE LIVING CARP OUTA ME. I finally heard the kolkolkol. And I thought I was going to die. o_o *hides under the covers* How did these get here? *throws them off*

I didn't get to go to the AR goal party today, and not because I didn't meet my pages. Only because I'm extremely forgetfull and I didn't bring in my $4. I think it's pretty ridiculous that we had to pay, even after we made the pages. Then again, we lost a lot of funding this year, so maybe that's what's more ridiculous. What's more is the loss of student loans-- But I won't get into polotics. Not now. Maybe not ever. Hate those.

So yeah, Gaia is coming to AWA!~ Yaaay~ =w= *dies of happiness* Now, if Travis, Vic, or Aaron can come, too, I'll seriously die of pure delight. I wonder what Atlanta Anime Day will be like... *is planning on going*

A friend of mine *cough*Eli*cough* wants to do casual cosplay at the mall. Sounds pretty flippin' awesome, no? Well, yeah. That's cuz it is. XD Awesome like Prussia. Speaking of which, I have Prussia's Maru Kaite Chikyuu preview on my iPod now. Hilarious beginning. XD "Oh, West ja!" ("Oh, it's West!") And on the note of Axis Powers Hetalia songs, I somehow got my hands on China's theme Nihao*China a day or two before it came out. Today. o_0 How'd I do that? And yes, it was the complete and full and official version. I'd know, since I listened to it about a million times in one day. xP (China fangirl)

So yeah, that's kinda it. Except that I just found out it was one of my friend's b-day and she's depressed. D'x Daaaaa--ng. It. I feel like it's my fault, too. It probably is. =_=* *starts banging my head on the wall* I gotta make it up to her somehow. D:< *goes off to draw fanart*

So here's what went down last weekend:

I didn't buy the cosplay.

I didn't go to Momo Con.

That was good, though. I is savin' my moneyz. XD

Anyways. I downloaded a lot of Hetalia songs recently. o_o I want some drama CD tracks on my iPod, too... Can anyone send me any? Well, depending on what anime it is. D.Gray-Man, Hetalia, or Fullmetal Alchemist would be especially appreciated. TwT *seriously doubting that will ever happen*

The thing I like about Hetalia is that they actually know a little about different countrys' cultures, and they don't just use normal stereotypes and then their own. Well, most of the time. I doubt anyone (except major otakus) in countries other than Japan actually say 'itadakimasu!' before they eat. xP Besides that, it's pretty much all good. o: And another thing I like is that they're not racist like most other animes. ;w; They actually have Asians, blacks, and hispanics. Not just Japanese. Then again, I guess they have more reason. :\

There's another convention here coming in April! I hope I can actually go to that one... Oh, and I have spring break in about a week or two. Then the week I get back I have end-of-the-year testing. DX Holy carpet, I hope I pass those. o_e I do not want to get held back this year. Not that I've ever failed before... Yes, I am exagerating extremely.

I like this color. I like it a lot. owo But my new room's walls will be gray... Have I mentioned that before? I don't think I have. So, right now I have a room to myself. It's nice and small, just how I like it. However, my younger sister beat me up and convinced me to move into her room with her. She likes my room better, btw. =_=* So, now we're remodeling the room, since it used to house a 4-year-old. (it still does.) So far we have white curtains and we're going to have gray walls. Other than that, no clue. xP
